The Doctor of Ministry program is a professional program designed for men and women who actively engaged in full-time Christian ministry. The primary purpose of the program is to enhance the candidates’ professional competence in the particular area of their gifts and calling.
Curricular Design
FBC DMin is designed to be completed in 3 to 4 years while continuing in ministry, including both taught and research components.
Community
As a cohort group, doctoral level students will have rich and deep relationships with peers and expect to exhibit a posture of collaboration.
On Campus
Students begin the program with one of the two annual intensives at Filadelfia Bible College Campus. The schedule is designed to build community between cohort members.
Program Duration
The program is structured in a way that avoids unnecessary pressure on the candidates’ responsibilities to family and ministry.

Admission Requirements
- An MDiv or BD or MTh or an equivalent degree from an accredited institution with a minimum of three years of significant and sufficient Christian ministry experience.
- Proof that the candidate has a current ministry position.
- Basic computer (MS Office or similar), zoom or google meet and internet skills.
- Language Test: English is the language used in class, assignments, and research. The English exam will test writing and reading, while speaking and listening will be assessed in the interview. Alternatively, candidate may produce an IELTS with minimum grade of 6.5 or equivalent certificate.
